做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。
