做法(fǎ ):春笋切成(chéng )片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
