做(zuò )法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
