做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
