做法:洗净宰(zǎi )好(hǎo )鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和(hé )薏米(mǐ )。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫鱼(yú )和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时,下盐(yán )调(diào )味即(jí )可品尝。 -
