做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。
