做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春(chūn )笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。
