做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的(de )时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
