做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。
