做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún ),加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
