做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。
