做法:春笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量(liàng )清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的(de )时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖(mèn )。
