做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
