做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净(jìng )淮(huái )山和(hé )薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜(jiāng )块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两(liǎng )勺油,待油六(liù )成(chéng )热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的(de )清水,放入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料(liào ),武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
