做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )把陈(chén )皮(pí )泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜(jiāng ),热锅(guō ),用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材料,武火(huǒ )煮沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一个半(bàn )小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
