做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。
