做(zuò )法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮(pí )泡软,拍裂一(yī )小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜块在锅(guō )上擦(cā )一遍,放两(liǎng )勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调(diào )味即可品尝。
