做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右(yòu )。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
