做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
