做法:春笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
