做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
