做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
