做(zuò )法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
