做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快(kuài )熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
