做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
