做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
