做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
