做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时(shí )候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。
