做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清水把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一(yī )小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水(shuǐ ),放入(rù )煎煮好的(de )鲫鱼和其(qí )他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一个半(bàn )小时,下(xià )盐调味即可(kě )品尝。
