做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后(hòu )加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。
