做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
