做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。
