做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
