做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖(mèn )。
