做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。
