做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
