做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
