做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀(yún )稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
