做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
