做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的(de )时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
