做(zuò )法:洗净宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块(kuài )在锅上擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺油(yóu ),待油(yóu )六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫(jì )鱼和(hé )其他材料(liào ),武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲(bāo )一个(gè )半小时,下盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
