做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
