做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
