做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
