做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的(de )时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
