做(zuò )法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山(shān )和薏(yì )米。用(yòng )清(qīng )水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油(yóu ),待油(yóu )六(liù )成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小火煲一(yī )个半小时,下盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
