做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
