做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
