做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。
