做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖(mèn )。
